PROGRAM DETAILS AND TERMS

PROCESS

1. ​You sign-up for the program by filling and submitting the Join Our Affiliate Program form below. Please note that it does not mean you are automatically added to the program. Once we receive the form, it takes 24-72 business hours for us to review and confirm the information you provided.

   • Once this process is complete and the information is confirmed, we will send you a unique Discount ID. This ID grants the referred clients sure discount with us, and grants you sure affiliate fee. Please see more details in the next steps.​

   • If the information provided is not confirmed, we may either contact you for clarifications, or simply let you know we could not approve your request to join the program and provide short reason.

2. By receiving your Discount ID it means you have been successfully onboarded to our affiliate program. You can now refer us customers that may need our services (Air-Duct Cleaning, Dryer-Vent Cleaning, UV Light Purifying System & Installation).

   • Important Note:​ In order for your referred clients to receive their discount with us, as well as for you to receive your affiliate fee, the clients you referred to us must provide us with your name/company name, and your unique Discount ID.

CUSTOMER DISCOUNT

1. When a customer is booking a service with us, they need to mentions they were referred to us (either when they call to book their service, or if they submit the "Book Online" form).

2. To be eligible for a discount, they must provide us your name/company name, and your unique Discount ID.

3. The customer will then get a minimum of 5% discount, and up to 10% discount on top of our already great prices (even on top of special promos and deals we have from time to time).

   • During aggressive active promos and specials - they will get 5% discount

   • When no promos and specials offered - they will get 10% discount

AFFILIATE FEES

1. You will be eligible to receive 10% of the job value as affiliate fee!

2. Your affiliate fee will be paid to you only after the client service/job has been executed and paid in full.

3. If the client paid for the service with either Check, Cash, or Zelle - you will receive your affiliate fee from us within 24-48 business hours.

4. If the client paid for the service with Credit Card - you will receive your affiliate fee from us 30 days after full payment was cleared.

5. We can pay you your affiliate fee in one of the following methods, as per your choice:

   • Zelle

   • Check (paid to the order of your company name as provided in your form, unless you advise us otherwise)

TERMS

1. You can opt-out the program at any time for any reason by simply sending us a short email to service@ductorcleanair.com.​

2. Ductor Clean Air reserves the right to terminate / discontinue this program at any time, for any reason, with no advanced notice.
